Poetry

This page collects my posts about poetry, as well as original poems and experiments.

[A note: the series of posts all (confusingly) called “diptych” or “triptych” result from a two-week-or-so-long experiment I undertook in which I wrote and posted poetry every day. I chose haikus and tankas as deceptively simple forms and wrote the poems out on pink index cards. I took no more than about 20 minutes for each of the poems, and organized them into thematically related sets of two and three. Some, of course, are better than others. For more, see this post.]
